Shipping policy

Liquid-IVUS ships hydration and electrolyte drink mix products to customers in the United States. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping support.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders cannot be shipped to addresses where delivery is restricted by carriers or applicable law.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 0-1 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day. During sales, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Estimated delivery time

Standard delivery is typically estimated at 2-3 business days after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping may be available for eligible U.S. orders. Any shipping costs, available methods, and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow carrier tracking links time to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address issue after checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at support@liquid-ivus.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
