Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Liquid-IVUS. This Refund Policy explains returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged order support for our hydration and electrolyte drink mix products.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, with all seals intact, and in resalable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned
Because our products are consumable drink mix products, opened, used, partially consumed, damaged, or tampered-with items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Gift cards, final sale items, and items not purchased from our store are not eligible for return.
How to start a return
Email tigerluis485@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, a missing item, or an incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing after approval, plus any additional time required by your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order after your return is approved.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at tigerluis485@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or shipped.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, with all seals intact, and in resalable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
